Workforce development council research
My work for the Hawaii State Workforce Development Council (WDC) used economic, sociodemographic, and labor market data to improve workforce development program outcomes. The WDC is also the lead agency for Hawaii's contingent of the National Governors Association's State Consortium to Understand and Support the On-Demand Economy; I am the day-to-day correspondent for Hawaii, as well as the research lead.

- The underserved population in Hawaii, including people below the poverty line, people with lower levels of education, people with Limited English Proficiency, veterans, people with disabilities, and Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders
- Characteristics of Hawaii's disconnected youth (executive summary and presentation slides)
- Hawaii's laborshed (travel flows between Hawaii's zip codes)
